What an honor to be in the care of the amazing Nuria, our lovely host at Fonte dos Aloques after a long day of walking the Camino. Nuria made sure we were all comfortable, providing a guided tour of the albergue and explanation of the house rules upon check in. The bed was comfortable and the showers and toilets clean. Laundry and dryer were also available as well as dining area where we could eat and spend some time getting to know our fellow pilgrims. Nuria went above and beyond to help me with my luggage issues and her kindness and care is exceptional.

Amazing host. Very welcoming, warm and sweet. She was very helpful.
Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean.
The stairs to get up to the top bunk bed (vs a ladder) were awesome. Curtains and a plug in and a light at each bed. Hot shower. Cafes and restaurants very close. Washing machine and dryer.
This was a small, simple place. About 12 pilgrims at a time. No meals, no outside courtyard. Small kitchen area. But I felt the lady (Ana??) was lovely, and gave a tour of the place, etc. And it’s always nice to connect with other Pilgrims at these Albergues /Hostels.
Super sweet host and very comfortable beds with towels and sheets. Great location near plenty of restaurants and nicely designed bunk space that lets you take stairs rather than the ladder to the top bunk.
