- quiet area and neighborhood
- beautiful, open view
- big terrace with a morning sun, so it's ok if not liking much of sun bathing (For extreme sun lovers terrace is too shady)

Cómodo, solo 4 viviendas. Piscina siempre para nosotros. Decían otros apuntes que no estaba para tomar el sol la piscina. Orientación perfecta para la tarde, da el sol, depende más de la nube que de la situación.
