Everything was very good with the property, no issues even for somebody speaking no Spanish at all. Nothing to complain about.
The apartment was very clean throughout. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable and warm. The kitchen has most equipment, crockery and cutlery needed.
The terrace has sun in the mornings for eating breakfast.
The apartment position is perfect for walking along the promenade.
Sea views from the balcony and the general close proximity to the beach.
Beautiful top floor flat with views to the sea and close to amenities, the beach and the center of town. Also very quiet and well equipped. Good value for money
The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was big, very clean and had all the utensils, crockery and cookware that you need. It contained an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and they were all either new or as new. The terrace was quite big with a table and four chairs, but gets sun only in the mornings. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. The living room is very large with comfortable seating and a dining area. The views from the terrace, living room and 2 of the bedrooms are spectacular, day and night.
There is ample parking in the street outside except when the nearby restaurant is busy (this was in March, low season).
