Great location away from tourists but with convenient facilities (small supermarket, 5 or so restaurants) and a nice beach nearby. There is both a rocky shore and a sandy beach. You could bring footwear for a swim, but there are also parts where it's all sand.
The apartment is very well equipped, including some amenities like soap, washing liquid, plenty of towels (including beach towels), some kitchen stuff (olive oil, herbs etc).
Contact with the host was easy and very helpful.
Would highly recommend for families with small kids (ours were 0 and 2 at the time). Great base for exploring how much the kids like the beach. Nearby restaurants were also very child friendly (including all day kitchen).
