The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I also had a sink and a shower, which is a bit funny, but extremely useful (the toilet was shared - actually, a whole bathroom is at your disposal. Spotless!)
I enjoyed the complimentary water and fruit, what a nice touch. The staff was lovely, someone is there 24/7 and I was able to leave my luggage there for a while.
The location is amazing!
Juanjo checked us in and was great. It was nice to be greeted with cold water, fresh fruit and even a cold beer in the fridge. Location on the pedestrian Lane was easy to find and Central to many things in the neighborhood. Having your refrigerator in the room was very nice and unexpected as well. Having 24-hour reception and attendance at the pension was very nice and provides a strong sense of security.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They offered us drinks and fruits on arrival. The location is excellent we are in the middle of a shopping strip, close to most of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again.
It started with the location. It’s right in the midst of many places to eat and things to see and do. The staff and management were excellent and provided great customer service, and the room was very clean & comfy!
