Apartment has everything what you need. Modern kitchen, washing machine, terassa, etc. Elevator lifts you right in the living room. Location is good. There are cafe and supermarket near the apartment. The way to the beach takes 5 min.

Great position for central Fuengirola and the beach
La ubicación perfecta. Cerca de bares, restaurantes, tiendas y la playa ni a 5 min andando. El ático Gimena es una estancia perfecta con la cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, microondas, etc..Todo genial. Tiene una terraza para tomar el sol estupenda. A mís hijos les ha encantado!!! Recomiendo al cien por cien!!! El ascensor directo al ático es un puntazo!! Gustavo nos atendió de maravilla desde mucho antes de llegar al ático ya estábamos en contacto. Destacar al cien por cien su amabilidad y disponibilidad para todo.
Lo mejor la amabilidad y disponibilidad de Gustavo. Es un lujo el ascensor hasta el salón. A pesar de estar preparado para verano, el aire acondicionado calienta perfectamente el espacio.
