It's a beatiful place with great facilities, great food and lovely atmosphere overall. We enjoyed spending time by the pools, and wellness areas as well as the quick access to the beach. Food was very diverse and you alway see something new.
The complex was huge and well organized, with three distinct pool areas, three restaurants and three lounge / bars.
The beachside is just attached to the facilities and can be easily accessed from the resort.
Staff was extremely friendly and nice, always dropping a smile or a nice word to my little daughter.
Kid's beds are available in the room upon request.
Convenient free parking area in the surroundings, the facility is easily reachable by car.
The property was very clean and we loved the pool and the animation team! Super fun music and activities for all ages
The gardens were beautiful. Escencia area was great. Personal touches such as waitress going around the pool with cocktails and proseco.
The place was huge like a village! The room was big enough for 2 people, the staff very friendly even if they knew English or not. We felt nice when the cleaner helped us find our room the first day as we were a bit lost and she didn't speak English. We had all inclusive and we loved the buffet offered in all different meals and the drinks included. The also had snacks between the meals so it was all day long food! Tasty food, plenty of options, smiley staff and chefs and we appreciated their services during our meals. We also used the jacuzzi and it was really nice and relaxing. The place is perfect to relax and enjoy the fact that everything is ready for you! The beach is just in front of the resort and it's an amazing sandy one - great to swim if not windy. The location of the resort is quite far from the airport - an hour and a few minutes. It also had pools to enjoy and even a kids one! Definitely recommended it!
