Property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were two bathrooms but one was extremely small. Facing front on the toilet could cramp your legs even if you’re quick. It also had a 3-piece shower door(?) that if not closed exactly right presented a water on the floor problem. The other bathroom-great! Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water- best in southern Spain. Mayte, the woman who was our ‘go-to’ person for any issues was excellent! Easy to get in touch with and her response time and problem-solving skills were great. The 11th floor terrace overlooking an incredibley clean beach, turquoise water and mind-blowing sunsets were over the top. The location is good in that there are small stores, restaurants and pharmacies close by. It is however about a 15 minute bus ride to Cadiz city center. The bus stop is 2.5 block walk from the apartment.
The location was perfect for both access to the beach and a short cycle to the city. The balcony was completely private and not overlooked and offered an amazing view out to sea ,where we also experienced the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and small local supermarket offered us everything we needed.
Bars and restaurants were a short stroll away and taxis and buses were nearby
The apartment is located on the 11th floor, the apartment has two rooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms, the kitchen has everything you need. From the balcony there is a panoramic view of the ocean. Paid parking is a 5-minute walk away. If there are free spaces, you can park on the street.
Really nice flat with incredible ocean view. If we ever come back to Cádiz, we’re definitly going back here❤️
It is a cozy apartment with everything you need. The view is amazing and the beds are comfortable. Beyond the corner are restaurants (we recommend The Golden Monkey), and shops. Also close by is a train station and several bus stops, although we usually liked to walk along the beach. We would visit again.
