We had a problem with one member if our group possibly leaving his phone with credit cards on or near a taxi. We contacted the Genteel Home staff who helped phone the taxi company who contacted the driver who found and returned the phone to the apartment. Thank you ever so much for your help and for the honesty of the driver. Exemplary!
This is a lovely apartment,everything is new and clean .

We cannot compliment this property, our hosts and the location enough!!! We are a family of 7 and to have 3 bathrooms and four bedrooms was a huge treat. Very difficult to house 7 people!!!! The property exceeded all our expectations in every way and Fernando was so kind to us .
