Property sits closely to the beach area (about 5 mins drive or 12 mins walk). Has great pool esp the one in the 20th floor with the view of the whole city and beach front. They also have a gym and sauna which you can use by booking through a community app. The app didnt work well but you can always just go down to the concierge and ask the key to the gym. Parking garage is a not good as the parking garage goes through a rather steep and narrow passage. But there is ample street parking and it was safe. Wifi was also great.
