El apartamento es fantástico (espacioso, cómodo, limpio...) y la zona común con jardines y piscina muy tranquila y agradable. La plaza de aparcamiento subterraneo viene genial aunque no hay problema para aparcar por la zona. Está muy bien situado, cerca de la playa de las Delicias y de varios supermercados, farmacia...
