The place that absolutely worth every penny spent! Everything like in the description: great location with the ocean view (which we will miss a lot! ), quiet and very safe area, spacious room, fully staffed kitchen, spacious and very clean bathroom and terrace where you can have your sunset dinner. And a separate tribute to Giorgio -- a great host, very helpful and dedicated to make your stay enjoyable!
Parking is available around free of charge. We never had an issue to find a spot within 100m from the entrance gate. There's also plenty of electro scooters in the area which you can use.
Lovely stay in a lovely apartment. Nice, clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed. Someone met us to show us around the apartment on arrival and hand over keys, with instructions for accessing pool etc.
Apartment is located quite high in Los Cristianos so make sure you are fit for climbing quite a steep incline or plenty taxis at the beach front for around 5euros to take you back up. It is a nice walk up and down passing plenty restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartman is super clean and super comfortable, exactly the same as on the photos. The owner is very kind and helpful.
The hosts were very kind and helpful! Overall stay was pleasant and very enjoyable. Apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you may need. The location is quiet and a bit far from the city center (which is good if you don’t like the crowd), but it’s still walkable and the bus station is quite nearby. We had amazing stay here, and enjoyed the island a lot! :)
Residencial quite area
Modern estudio with terrace you can see the sunset the view is great, the pool not crowded and easy access with smartphone application.
Really nice beach passing los cristianos its a good 25 min . You also have taxis around all the time and transport that is running often
