Very clean and organized. Self checking system but easy to be in contact if you have a problem. Facilities were cleaned and common areas well maintained. The best was the location in the city centre.
The kitchen was functional and clean, good shower.
They allowed me to use the kitchen to recharge my mobile phone before my check-in time. The place was very clean always!!
I have stayed here for several weeks for personal reasons and I've been thoroughly impressed. It was quiet, well located, comfortable, always clean, and the staff were proactive and super-helpful in responding quickly to everything I needed. It's a very small hostel, staff are not on site every day, but they respond quickly and helpfully to calls or WhatsApp messages. For the price especially, I have been extremely impressed and I will miss it when I leave later this week because it has even come to feel like home. I saw other reviews (the first time I looked at it and booked) which mentioned problems with humidity but I personally didn't experience any such problems, and I really hate humidity so I would have picked up on this.
Good location nice straight forward check in. Everything was clean and as expected. Decided to stay a second time a couple months later
