What an amazing experience!! We started our vacation at the Ingles, left to visit two other cities, then ended our time in Spain at the hotel. Getting back to the Ingles was like coming home. I'm missing it already.

- Location close to Gran Via and at a nice walk distance to Salamanca - Impeccable cleanliness and extremely responsive housekeeping services - Very helpful and cheerful staff from the concierge to the bellmen - Amenities of the room (l'Occitane products and v well equipped) and size of room (larger vs. Madrid standards)
