The hotel was nice. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We enjoyed using the spa with a sauna, steam room and a large whirlpool.
The location, and price. They have storage for luggages.
Grums Hotel is a great hotel,near the port,fab staff and food and the rooms are superb.
Comfortable amenities, working air conditioning, comfortable bed/ mattress, fantastic and plentiful breakfast, helpful staff, responsive service, Lidl (grocery store around corner of hotel. This hotel is very close to the public beach and cruise ship port. Quite neighborhood.
Location to the port and airport was great. Staff at the front desk was GREAT. We needed to print luggage tags for cruise and they printed them for us.
