The apartment was almost new, the team was very nice and helpful - responded in English and without delays. There were always spare parking places on the adjacent street.
This is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, in very good condition, and good value.
The location excellent for getting to La Laguna and Santa Cruz, among other places. There is a tram stop nearby, as well as bus services. From the bus stations (intercambiadores) in La Laguna and Santa Cruz there are many other bus connections to the whole island.
We also had a rental car for part of the time. There is plenty of free parking on the next street, about 100 metres walk.
The location is very good, many parking places near by. Very clean and good equiped appartement, i.e. toster, wash-dry machine etc,. Good and fast contact to owner via internet. I would choose it next time for sure.

The apartment is big, very nice, in white/gray colors, better than on the photos. The hosts were always in touch for any questions. The check-in was electronic, very convenient. In 2-3 minutes there are free parking places. The north airport is very close, so you can admire during the breakfast with low flying aircrafts. Nights are very quiet, without any noise.
The apartment is well equipped. Very clean, comfortable.
