Very clean and modern, everything automated but the staff was extremely quick to respond over WhatsApp. The wifi was very fast and the room was quiet.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding were good quality and very luxurious. An amazing shower. The attic window was unique. The breakfast was adequate for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the Knights Templar Castle ruins.
Spacious accommodation with a fully fitted kitchen, an amazing bathroom with a spa shower, and extremely comfortable beds. The view from the main window was awesome as we spotted the snowy mountains ahead. It was on the last floor and there is a lift. Location cannot be any better as we parked very close to the Albergue for free and walked to the center and main attractions. Nevertheless it was quiet and we did get a proper sleep at night. Loads of nice places to eat and/or just snack around.
The Albergue is very modern and clean. I've never been in an Albergue as nice as this one. I'll be back.

Good, very well equipped, clean and very well presented
The best and the quality price option in Ponferrada. Everything is near, bars, restaurant, supper market. It’s supper near to the Castle and town hall, and it’s on the way of Santiago de Camino.
Easy access to parkings around.
Friendly staffs.
You will not regret to stay in this amazing place.
