The food! The renovation !! And of course the location! Close to Yumbo
All the adults only Suites have recently been refurbished, and the main building + fitness clubs too, where all the machines are brand new and high end Technogym.
On the first day we had a electrical issue with our kids (young adults) bungalows, the staff found a very quick solution and upgraded them to similar suites as ours, including all inclusive upgrade.
Thank you very much I had a fantastic time with my family and will defiantly consider staying again
The chalet we booked wasn't ready so we were upgraded to a chalet with it's own private terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
Really enjoyed our stay.Good food and very relaxing facility..
