Great central location. They were willing to store bags which was really helpful.
The staff were very friendly. They were helpful and available 24 hours. Rooms were nice and clean.
Location excellent. Near to metro station, groceries and restaurants. Quiet area.
Good overall especially the location and value. Good lady at reception.
There are some really good things about this property. For example, the location-it’s on a street parallel to Gran Via and just a short block away from Metro lines 1 & 5. Also, next door is a restaurant for breakfast with great prices and food. The staff at the Hostal are super friendly and helpful and they store luggage for free until 6pm. There was a mini refrigerator in our room, and lastly, the room was very clean!
