Beautifully furnished. Excellently located. Friendly service from Miguel.
Fantastic location steps from the Gran Via metro. Very clean and comfortable. Nice amenities (hair dryer, refrigerator, hot pot and tea with a balcony over looking the side street.
Location, staff and cleanliness couldn't be better! The person in charge gave us a detailed map and marked a few great visiting spots we didn't know about. But again... LOCATION. The best.
Everything was great! specially the staff that was 11 out of 10!
Location location location . Plus it was a modern clean well run hotel . We were able to check in early ( 11 am ish ) , and the gentleman who checked us in gave us a brief introduction to Segovia ! It is modern inside with a lovely historic facade . We had a balcony overlooking the street / action .
