location and view from balcony no toilet paper, told to buy my own. sent an email before I arrived telling me to arrive at 15.00 and no later than 20.00 else needed to inform them. did as I was told, arrived at 15.40 no-one to give me key, found a porter and stopped 3 Spaniards to ask to help. My booking form said Hawaii 4-5, but no-one including porter knew where that was and porter said it was a scam and I had lost my money.Booking should have said Hawaii 4 or Hawaii 5. Email should have stated office was shut at 14.00 and not open until 17.00, so no point coming before then! Staff annoyed that I contacted Zen hotels for help and the next day and for rest of week both receptionists very unpleasant. On booking in I was told I could stay as long as I wanted on check out day as no-one booked in. After 2nd day they said I had to leave on time saying they had a sudden booking. I asked a friend to try to book the apartment and it was empty!
