1. Location- only 5 minutes drive from the beach and shops.
2. Good clear view from the porch all the way to the sea.
3. Air condition to each room.
4. Kitchen- seems fairly new and useful.
5. Good communication with Fran the landlord before and during the stay.
6. Parking- designated parking spot under the building to park your car out of the sun.
7. Two outside pools in the complex as well as 2 tennis courts.
8. Washing machine and small porch to dry your clothes next to the kitchen.
9. Short drive to Mojacar which is worth visiting, pueblo and playa and to Garrucha.
10. Two bathrooms and two good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds.
11. The complex is gated for additional security.
This really was a home from home. We loved it so much and we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay that will be forever in our hearts and minds.
