Staff was really kind and polite. Our child got sick the last day, they provided us room extension from 12h to 14h free of charge.
Food is delicious, so many varity and different types of meals, everything is tasty and fresh.
Splash park wasn’t always going on overhead which was great for our children as they were still able to use the slide without getting their eyes wet
we travel with friends with kids and it was really amazing. We loved everything there, the staff was super nice, the food was good, the rooms amazing
Great place for family vacation. A lot of things for kids. Great place near beach.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was really nice, from the reception, to the staff in the restaurant and from the animation, the ladies who cleaned the room. The hotel is located in a quiet street, close to the beach and is very clean. The food is excellent. My 3 year old daughter had a really good time during the 7 days we have spent there and we were very happy she enjoyed it.
