I really enjoyed my stay here from multiple points of view: location, staff, facilities, etc. It happened to be my birthday while I stayed here and they made my day even better. If I'll return to Lanzarote, I'd book it again.

I loved the views, the size of the room, the pool and the staff. The variaty of things in the breakfast was good as well.

The bar and swimming pool area, very relaxing and beautiful. The service at the bar was nice, and there was a possibility to rent your own private transats, a bit secluded from the others. From the pool service, you can easily access a promenade place to the sea, its very nice and peaceful. The staff is very nice too, you can easily order a taxi in the reception. Lots of activities organised by the hotel too (although I did not attend). There is also a reception bar, opened until late, with good cocktails

Incredible staff who went above and beyond to help when I was ill from a stomach bug, from an early check in (0830) to providing a complimentary breakfast for the friend I was travelling with so that I could rest and recover in the room alone. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the block out blinds were a great feature.
