Very nice appartment in quite part of town (not to consider planes take-off) - for us the best starting point for our day-to-day tours around the island. The owner will need to invest in near future in some minor improvements in the bathroom and locking of the main door , but these are really minor things that don't influence the overall good impression of the place.. And please don't invest in airconditioner - the place doesn't need it!!! Kids said it has to be pointed out that their bed was super-soft!
Beautiful complex, the property has a good size for a family of 4. Walking disrance from the beach and shops/restaurants. Great location to explore the island. Apartment has everything you need.
Wonderful location, close to pool, beach, promenade with great restaurants. The Deiland shopping centre was minutes walk away where you had all the choice you needed for food etc!
The area is quiet and local, but very closed to major cities if you want a night out. Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen are reachable with a bike ride or mopeds. Exactly what we were searching for! The restaurants ion the beachfront are really good and very affordable. The location of the apartment is simply perfect, 1 minute walk to the beachfront and 15 mins with the bus from the airport (avoid taxi, take bus 22 from the airport - only 2 stops).
Rocio has been great on communication and support, big plus!
The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay, the direct sun on the terrace is priceless.
