On one hand it's a fantastic place to stay! Parking lot, grocery stores, restaurants, beach etc. everything is available end reachable in a short time simply walking. Plus, from there it's easy to get the car (I strongly suggest to rent one) and visit the entire island. The apartment was clean an cozy and the staff has been nice and attentive satisfying all my requests. On the other hand being in the city center means be surrounded by main streets where the traffic can be noisy and if you are sensitive to this (luckily I'm not) you need to keep the windows shut especially during the night. Overall I had a very nice experience.
