Der Küchenbereich der Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit geräumiger Dusche, Wandschrank und großem Waschtisch bietet hinreichend Platz. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden, Wäscheständer ebenfalls.
Die große, beleuchtete Dachterrasse mit Markise bietet eine tolle Aussicht Richtung Hafen, und ein großer Tisch mit vier Stühlen ist super, um z.B. Mahlzeiten an der frischen Luft einzunehmen.
Fußläufig erreichbar befindet sich ein öffentliches Parkhaus, in dem man als Dauerparker seinen Mietwagen, wenn man einen hat, abstellen kann (April2024: 86€ für 10 Tage).
