Very bright clean apartments. The kitchen has a little stove top as well as the microwave. Close to really good biking.

The reception staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was very efficient. We were provided with room keys for the apartments and instructions to get there.

Spacious studio all rooms face the pool . The balcony was very large and sunny . Everything you could want from a holiday apartment. The pool was beautiful and in the sun all day so was warm .

Pretty much everything. This was our 3rd stay at Pollensamar and it was all good. The staff both there and at the associated Hotel Bahia are excellent . The rooms were always very good but have been refurbished to a high standard since our stay in 2024.

The location was perfect ! You can have a lovely walk along the bay and the next restaurants and cafes are within 10 min walking distance . We loved that it was a bit more hidden and not at the main promenade. Super quit also at night and a beautiful view . The pool was fantastic and so was the apartment . Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom . We would definitely come back and stay there again. Also the cafe that belongs to the hotel has a nice Terrasse and relaxed atmosphere with super friendly staff ! We enjoyed having breakfast there directly at the water :)
