Room was cleaned every day and new towels were provided. Staff was very polite. It's on a busy street with lots of bars but there's a really good sound isolation so noise was not a problem at all.
Excellent location, great staff, clean rooms, lockers for luggages, optional breakfast. Only fridge in the room was missing, but there is a market at the corner with cold drinks :)

Breakfast was good. Good location for the places we wanted to see
Breakfast was more than adequate. WIFI only worked on the ground floor. The Air Conditioning was wonderful. Nice little store right around the corner and lots of tapas places very closely. The neighborhood looked a little scary when I arrived at night but improved a great deal in the day. Easy walk to the metro.
