Staff were amazing. Our train ran late and we were late arriving, we ran across town. Staff waited the extra few minutes for us, so we could check in, we were so greatful. Very kind of her, this lady saved us a night in the rainy street.
The place is clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large and very clean. Free juice and snack on arrival as well. Good value for money.
Room came with a microwave and a small fridge. Super convenient, and appreciated.
Hotel is in a nice quiet location, close to cafes and supermarkets. And only a 13min walk from train station.
Overall I'd really recommend this place to anyone staying in Palencia.
