Staff very friendly and nice to travelers. I arrived before check in and help me with my bags… no long after that they told me, my room was ready….
Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes to puerta del sol. And 10 minutes from parque del retiro and el prado museum
Great facilities, great staff, just in the middle of Gran Via, room was great too !
Perfect for a solo traveler not going to be in the room alot.
No breakfast. You had to go out for food although there were vending machines.
