Staff was helpful and friendly, nice room, and great location.
Location was great. Rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable.
The location was great and with a room looking at the side street it was quiet despite being directly at the Gran Via. The staff was friendly and there was a room to store our baggage (does come with an extra charge tho). There is also an elevator (which you really want to use to get to the reception on the 7th floor) but it only fits 4 people and it can be quite a wait. Otherwise the room was quite small but functional, with a mini fridge and a coffee machine.
Excellent stay! The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, and the view from our room was breathtaking. Highly recommend!
It was at a walking distance from most touristic places in Madrid.
