Hostal Centro Sol is set in a renovated neoclassical building in Cádiz' old town, 492 feet from Cádiz Cathedral. It is a 15-minute walk from La Caleta Beach. Featuring tiled floors, all rooms are air conditioned and have a TV, desk and wardrobe. The private bathroom comes with shower. Some rooms overlook an interior patio and other have street views. A former merchant's house, the building maintains its original entrance, as well as marble columns and a staircase. Tourist information is available and you will find a range of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. Cádiz Train Station and the port are within 5 minutes' walk.

The location is good, It's close to everything.
The hotel is very centrally located, at most a 10 minute walk to most points of interest in the city center. The staff were accommodating and helpful.
Air conditioning, location, style, and orientation
It centrally located. Sara was exceptionally helpful, since I arrived extremely late at night. It is excellent value for the money.
The location was fantastic in the old city center, very close to the cathedral. My room was basic, but a decent size, clean and comfortable on the top floor. Wonderful, quiet street views from the balcony. I could even see the two towers of the cathedral (see attached photo). The building is very pretty and there is always someone on-call to buzz-you-in after hours. Modern elevator. The bed was comfortable and there was a small desk and chair in the room.
