The family-run Toledo Guest House is in a restored 19th-century building. Some rooms have views of the attractive central courtyard which is filled with local plants. The Toledo has an ideal location in the center of Madrid, just over a quarter mile from Puerta del Sol. The Royal Palace and the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Museums are all a 15 minute walk away. The popular tapas bars of La Latina are also nearby.

The hostel is located near Plaza Mayor, just 2 minutes walk.. check in very easy. POssibility to drop the luggage before and after check in and check out.
The host was excellent, friendly and good space even for children.
Excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. A wonderful small room that was more than enough for us. Terry made feel comfortable and at home.

The owners were so welcoming, friendly, hospitable. The location was very good, a short walk (6-10 min) to museums, La Plaza Mayor, cafes, neighborhood eateries. The beds (a twin and a full) were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a shower. They got my room ready early, even though they couldn't promise. I was grateful for that, I arrived to their hostal exhausted.
