The room was ample and updated. Confortable bed. Nice front desk people. The hostal has 3 floor and no elevator and my room was assigned to the 3rd floor. As I had a lot of luggage I requested If I could be relocated tho the 1st floor to avoid going upstairs with all that luggage and they managed to give me a room on the 1st floor. I really appreciated it. Except for the fact that the building has no elevator everything else is really good.
The location is unbeatable. You can walk to the train station (Atocha) and to the center (sol) yet it's still quiet. It's easy to check in and it was warm (I was there in the middle of winter.)

First at all... Amazing location; worthy price room, easy to reach and close to the important touristic top places. The room was properly clean and the staff were very kind & friendly.
Staff were friendly and accommodated me directly when I asked to change rooms.
Location is very convenient. We went on foot everywhere and did not have to use public transportation or cars.
