Cosy room, a stone throw away from Gran Via and all the actions. Check-in was smooth with the owner, Mei, and she was gentle to hold our luggage during the day after check-out.

They keep the building extra warm, clean every day, the bed was good, and the shower strong.

Very central location, 2 minute walk from that massive Schweppes sign. Our room had a fridge which we were not expecting so that instantly was a good start. We were expecting shared bathrooms but we got our own private bathroom which was even better than the fridge, it was a very spacious bathroom aswell. Beds were comfortable and had a fan so during the hot Madrid nights you can keep cool. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating plus extremely kind to us. Would stay again if ever in Madrid
