Cosy room, a stone throw away from Gran Via and all the actions. Check-in was smooth with the owner, Mei, and she was gentle to hold our luggage during the day after check-out.
They keep the building extra warm, clean every day, the bed was good, and the shower strong.

Very central location, 2 minute walk from that massive Schweppes sign. Our room had a fridge which we were not expecting so that instantly was a good start. We were expecting shared bathrooms but we got our own private bathroom which was even better than the fridge, it was a very spacious bathroom aswell. Beds were comfortable and had a fan so during the hot Madrid nights you can keep cool. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating plus extremely kind to us. Would stay again if ever in Madrid
La habitación era amplia y cómoda, tiene ventilador y nevera. El baño totalmente equipado y la chica que nos recibió incluso nos ofreció un secador o plancha si la necesitábamos. La habitación la hacen todos los días.
La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación superó mis expectativas: cómoda y muy limpia. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, lo que facilita el acceso a los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.
El Hostal Loyola está muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 2 o 3 minutos a pie de Gran Via y a la altura de Callao. Aunque es un hostal y no puedes pedir lujo, estaba todo muy limpio, y la señora que lo atiende es muy amable y se desvive porque estés cómodo. Las calles donde está ubicado tiene poco tráfico, por lo que hay poco ruido.
