A really good location
Very helpful staff
The room was bigger than I expected. Also really clean
Location was perfect, right next to Gran Vía, and all landmarks are basically within walking distance. The staff was amazing and very kind and helpful, and they work around the clock so they can help with anything you need. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have made it even better was if there were a mini fridge in the room, but otherwise everything was great. I'm definitely coming back here, can't recommend it enough😄
Room can be darkened completely. 10AM feels like midnight if you close the shutters. The balcony was a nice touch. Central location with good value for money. Double window glazing keeps noise from the bustling street to a minimum. The lobby has nice decor and the 24 hour staff were helpful and gave a feeling of safety.
