Neat tidy room. The guy on reception was so kind and helpful
Quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Perfect location. We walked all over Leon from there. The parking was so close and easy. Sergio gave fantastic instructions, and we helpful in starting out in the city.
Everything worked very well ,at my arrival the reception was ready with the necessary information about the hotel and about the city, the room was spotless and quiet.

Very modern and clean. The hospitalero was amazing. I was not well and she insisted on taking us to the hospital and getting us all checked in there. Amazing.
