The family-run Hostal Rober is centrally located, a 2-minute walk from Madrid’s Puerta del Sol. It has a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi throughout. All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV. Featuring tile floors and light wood furniture, rooms are also heated and have safe and work desk. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub or shower. Due to its central location, the Rober guesthouse is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Luggage storage is available and the Rober provides a ticket service and airport shuttle service, for an extra charge. You can walk to many of Madrid’s attractions. Plaza Mayor is less than half a mile away.

Really great balcony and view. Room was also really spacious and clean. Location was really good.
The location was great and the price was hard to beat! It was clean and cozy and comfortable. It’s a simple accommodation. The staff are so friendly and hospitable.
The room was small but perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated, not like the picture shows. It was clean. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. But a subway station was just a few steps away. Lots of bars and restaurants all around. Located on a delightful tree lined street full of stores and bars in a car free zone. The rooms are on the fifth floor.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was and private bathroom were compact and comfortable. The location is fantastic and the price is very good for such a great location, which is why we chose to stay there. We enjoy staying in accommodations like this because you experience more of the local culture and hospitality of Madrilenos.
