Javier was an excellent communicator and made sure I was very well taken care of. He remained flexible as my scheduled arrival slipped later in the day.
The single room is great value for money. It is not luxury, but everything is up to a very good standard. The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is very good. Javier at the reception is a lovely man who will go out of his way to help you with anything you may need. Excellent location. Overall a great experience.
The building on the outside was a little run down and in need of some repair but our room inside was fine. Sparkling clean with daily maid service which was a nice surprise. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. No air conditioning, but we were there in October and didn't need it, not sure what it would be like in July and August though. Great location, close to everything.
It was great for a couple of 80 plus oldies trying to travel on a tight budget. Location was very good. Close to transport. Less touristy area but still very close to old city and both beaches each side of river. We were given very good advice on where to find good restaurants that the locals frequent. Would stay again.
Excellent position close to city center {Romantic Area and Parte Viejo just 5 min walking} . Very clean room and bath . All you need is in the room . Good value for money . Mr. Javier is an extraordinary man . He help us with many information about BEAUTIFULL SAN SEBASTIAN CITY !!! Sincerely recomand ! Thank -you Javier .
