Excellent location - within 10 min of everything of interest in Ubeda, very quiet place, nice view out of the window, accommodating hosts, parking nearby
The breakfast was basic but good. I had a cafe con leche with toast, ham and cheese, which is very typical for Spain. It was a 3 min walk to the main square and public parking was about a 5 min walk.

The location is great, right in the old town. Value is good and there is a communal lounge downstairs where you can make tea. Quiet with friendly staff
