great location, room was perfect for a solo traveller. I liked that there was a balcony.

Communication with the host was easy, a simple room for a single night stay was all I was after. The rooms toward the back are fairly quiet and away from the road, and the fan does the job for the hot summer nights. Located conveniently near Eroski supermarket and the end of the boulevard. Didn’t make use of the kitchenette but nice to have the small fridge. Price is high for what you could get in other parts of the world, but you already know that Mallorca is expensive and this is a decent budget option for a short stay.

It's located close to the beach, bus stop and about 7 -10mins walk from Lidl. The room was clean and sufficient for a 1 night stay.

Perfect simple room, very clean and comfortable. The host was very relaxed but also really helpful when I needed help. Very near centre and beach. Lovely.
