Good value for money. Simple but has all the basics. Clean and quiet. Very, very friendly staff. After checking out I could leave my bag, and change before leaving. Very convenient.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Madrid city.,cheap and cheerful,but excellent quality. Clean,tidy and comfortable rooms. Very very comfortable bed,and shower and bathroom facilities ware perfect. But most of all,what makes this hotel so good is the staff,all so polite friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel,and personally speaking I will definitely be returning next time I visit Madrid.
Excellent location, near the central metro station Gran Via, possible to get from the airport by metro. Friendly staff, warm room.
