The location is perfect. Staff is friendly and very attentive. I left something in the room and they let me know immediately.
Good value for the conditions and location, easy access, easy check in.
It faced a busy pedestrian street. It does get quieter after 1AM, but if you have problems with sleeping with occasional noises I do recommend getting one of the rooms not facing the street, as was proposed by the owner.
Amazing location, very close to Gran Via metro station. It was clean, and the room had a private bathroom.

The location is the best you can ever dream in Madrid we were there for 5 days and nerer used the public transport everything was approachable on foot ( sightseeings, bars, restaurants) would recommend to everyone!
