The place is great for what you pay. Private courtains for the beds. Private lockers. Location is near a metro station, stores and restaurants. 24 hour reception is kind.

Very affordable, very nice location, and the host she was amazing, a very lovely lady, and she helped her customers with any information needed. She even arranged a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 in the morning.

This small, immaculate, family-run hostel in a short residential street is a real find. Convenient to Sants rail station (the McDonald's exit, 8 min stroll past dozens of tapas bars), it's a short walk to many points as well as on major bus lines. Mom and Dad have no English but they are very agreeable; Son is fluent and helpful. In a city with insane room prices, this is a good alternative. Everything clean, pretty new, and well laid out. Beds comfy, housekeeping top notch. AND there's an elevator.

The location was excellent just a short walk from the metro station. The lady at the reception was absolutely wonderful. I had seen some negative comments about her beforehand but my experience was the complete opposite. She was kind, attentive and truly welcoming. I arrived at 8 am and even though check-in wasn’t open yet, she kindly offered to store my luggage at reception. The next morning, breakfast was scheduled for 8 am but I arrived a bit earlier and she still had it ready for me. That small gesture meant a lot. She only spoke Spanish but I had no problem understanding her. Sometimes people forget that when we travel, we’re the ones who should make the effort to adapt to the local language and culture. As for the bathrooms, it’s true there’s just one shared bathroom upstairs but there are extra ones downstairs for both genders and the elevator works perfectly. Overall, I had a great stay and was genuinely touched by the warm service.
