Very friendly and flexible when we had issues with the arrival
The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and snacks were provided every day, that was a nice touch. The restaurant downstairs that Juan recommended was just amazing! Thank you!
My Son and I came over for the European cup final in Bilbao. Choose Santander as alternative to scandalous prices in Bilbao. We wasn’t expecting much for the price. But we’re blown away, it was so clean, the beds were comfy and the whole building smelled so fresh. Even the fresh filtered coffee was an unexpected surprise.
The husband and wife team were very helpful and so kind.
Good sized room and bathroom. Very close to train station.
Staff extremely kind and helpful. Allowed us to park cycles in garage.. Microwave available and fridge in room, extremely good.
