The location, the room, the breakfast, the manager; Barbara
Hotel located in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Huge free parking lot at an abandoned bus station) close to the hotel. Clean rooms. Generous breakfast. Pool on the roof.
The location was perfect for a visitor to get a feel for the city. It was walking distance to a lot shops, restaurants and the marina. Breakfast was complete and very good.
All new, completely renovated. Close to everything.
It is so central and very clean. Staff are wonderful especially Jose on reception. Mu elderly father in law was with us and they treated him very well. The breakfast choice was very good and the pool and bar area was lovely
