The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and beautiful.
The staff were wonderful . I mentioned I was cold ( no heat no ac) just like the old days they brought xtra blankets and space heater. It’s in the middle of everything yet was very quiet?
Yet still a real town great evening tapa scene.
Beautiful authentic hotel, retaining a lovely historic charm. Staff very approachable and friendly.. Room good, bed comfortable and facilities good. Window seats nice area ro sit and watch the street below.. Breakfast served in lovely area with a good choice. Great location, close to many shops and restaurants and sights of Laguna. Tram just 10 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.and would certainly stay again.

Building in old spanish style, wood floors, large central patio. Kind staff, good buffet breakfast.
