Clean place. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Close to station.
Location. Quiet, close the shades and go to sleep. Good self serve breakfast.
The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly. I can't say the same about the young woman that was there at times. I told her that the 2nd floor smelled like smoke....but most likely it came from a patio that connected to the front desk.
Excellent location, very clean. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable.
Convenient location near the train, buses, and shopping center. Nice addition of a fan to cool the room.
The location is exceptional next to a lot of the nightlife area and the bars, center, port area. The staff was amazing and the receptionist Borja in the lobby was very attentive and helpful. He assisted with transportation and even helped me find a lost item and sent it back to my home. I was very impressed even though I was skeptical after reading a few of the bad reviews and yes, the streets nearby are a bit noisy, but that is because it's in the center near an active, young area. Amazing stay. Thank you so much Borja!
