The breakfast was excellent as well as the location
The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The free mini bar a bonus.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Roof top pool has some of the most amazing views of Palma and a honesty fridge filled with beers and soft drinks
Location, quality of the property and rooms, very quiet, amenities (free water, refrigerator bar items), most timely hotel room cleaning I’ve ever experienced, hotel staff service was superb.
This was the most loveliest of hotels! I wish I could shrink it down, put it in my pocket, and let it out every city in the world I travel to. The team working was so wonderful and kind, Javiar was just the BEST! The location was stunning in old town and surrounded by historic buildings and it was an easy walk to anywhere you needed to go! The room and facilities were equally lovely, I never wanted to leave the hotel!
